Carlsbad Half Marathon

Dave decided to run the Carlsbad Half Marathon to see if he could redeem himself (since he wasn't happy at all with his Silver Strand time - yeah, the one in the heat wave). He and his friends train by doing long trail runs every weekend. Dave had reservations about this race since he's been feeling slow....

The weather was perfect, cloudy and cool...

Yay! He did great and felt good during the run. I don't know the actual time, but around 1:45...

Sierra - 1 month check-up

When Sierra was born, she was ~50th percentile for length and 5th percentile for weight.

Today was her 1 month check-up.
She weighed 7 lbs 8 ozs (10th percentile).

She's catching up!
